I just got this 2 days ago to replace the stock battery that came with my tx2500. The stock battery crapped out after 2 years. This battery does raise the back of your computer about an inch, but it's not a big deal. So far, I'm satisfied with the battery. I'll update if I have any problems.

I have a TX2 and with the stock battery I used to have less than 2 hours battery life. With this one, it is about 4 hours depending if using WiFi or the level of display bright.

I bought one and had to return it 2 weeks later because the battery wouldn't recharge anymore. It was intended to replace the other notebook battery which stopped working after just 6 months. I also purchased a monitor from HP which stopped working after 3 months. I bought hardware from several other companies before, but HP is the worst. HP should really get their act together and make better quality products. Just selling fancy looking stuff isn't good enough if it stops working after a couple of months. I will not buy HP in the future anymore.

My hp tx1xxx now has close to four hours of battery life primarily with sql and visual studio development functions. (Typically the old battery gave me less than two hours of life.) The battery raises the rear of the laptop about a half inch or less -- good for air flow, but might take some getting used to.

This product did reduce the glare, but was very difficult to get onto the screen without air pockets. I cleaned the screen and used the tools provided. I truly took care to do this correctly. It was such a mess after re-trying that it is no longer on the computer - just 3 weeks after buying it.

This product is 5-star for regular screens, but for touch screen it need to be PERFECTLY mounted, the slightest dust or small air bubbles and it's "useless".

well, it is not my first time with screen protectors. this was not easy to apply, and I wound up wit dust under it...but the thing that really bothers me is the tablet does not work with it...I don't know if theis is a HP issue? or that the screen is just to thick...anyway, I wasted $35....it is still on, but I will be removing it soon, as I want to use my tablet....

Like the other reviewer, I installed this on an HP TX2000. The fit is perfect. It comes with a plastic card to help smooth out the protector and finger gloves to keep yourself from putting finger prints on the sticky side of the protector. It cuts the glare nicely as it has a matte finish. The protector does not make using the touch screen any harder.

As this is a sticker, getting it positioned is quite tricky - best to keep most of the sticker protected by the backing as you roll it onto the screen. It's also best to keep pets away while you do this as their fur could get stuck to the sticky side.

This works great on my HP TX2000Z tablet. The only thing you should be aware of is that applying this film does take some patience and skill.

Once you have it on, it works like a charm. And yes, I have no problem using it on my touchscreen with fingers or stylus. No hinderence.
